Unfortunately Da Handbag Shop cannot automatically accept returns or exchanges unless the goods are defective.
We make arrangement exchange or return unworn resalable merchandise within 14 days of the order date. To request a return, please email us – dahandbagshop@gmail.com with the full details of your order and any defect with the goods.
We will contact you and provide you with details of where to send the returned merchandise. Returned merchandise must include all packaging and be in the original condition as when it was received. Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges for any returns/exchanges accepted by us.
Worn merchandise cannot be returned unless there is a clear manufacturing fault which is not the result of substantial wear and tear. If you think there is guenine fault with the item you have brought please contact customer service on or email us – dahandbagshop@gmail.com
